Panel Filter Element for Air CompressorPanel filter elements are designed to remove solid particulates and other contaminants that originate from the atmosphere. Our air intake panel filters provide the highest level of clean air for your air compressor or blower, typically providing a minimal 0.57" W.C. initial pressure loss. They are guaranteed to match the dimensions and specifications of the OEM filtration media and panel filter surface area.

A rigid electro-galvanized steel frame and polyester felt filter media are standard with capacities up to 2,500 SCFM and more. Standard sizes range from 18" x 18" x 2" thick all the way up to 24" x 24" x 12" thick filter panels. Micron retention ranges from 20 to 0.4 micron at up to 99.97% efficiency to meet the demands of nearly any air intake panel filter application. Our first stage panels are typically cleanable and extend the life of the more efficient second stage filter panels.
