Shipping & Returns

Filter Delivery / Lead Time

Over 90% of our filters are always in stock. Sometimes you (and us) get unlucky and it was just sold out, it's a very rarely used filter, etc.

If your order is not in stock, we will contact you immediately via email with the quantity we may have in stock, plus the lead time for the remaining filter elements.

We will also follow up with a phone call to confirm if you want a partial or complete shipment.

Shipping

We can ship UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS BLUE (2 Day) and UPS RED (1 Day).

Collect Shipping

Yes, we offer Collect Shipping! The first option on the Checkout page is Collect Shipping. Select that option and a field will appear to enter your Shipping Account Number and ship collect on your account. 

International Shipping

We can ship filter elements to virtually any address in the world, but due to unknown duties and fees from various countries, we must ship Freight Collect or ship direct to your Freight Forwarder in the USA. 

Please enter your Freight Account Number for Collect Shipment in the Freight Account Number field during checkout. We will include a Commercial Invoice and Packing List, and if requested, a Certificate of Origin. 

Please note that there are restrictions on some filters, and some filter elements cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Filter Element Store Return Policy

You may return new and unused filter elements within 30 days of delivery. If the return is not due to our error, there may be a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns or refund orders without a RMA number.

Please confirm your part number prior to placing an order, and do not place an order based on a photo alone. If you do not know your part number, please contact us prior to placing an order. 

*We'll also refund shipping cost pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our rare error (you received an incorrect part number, the wrong filter element, etc.). We cannot refund shipping cost if the error was not our fault.

If you need to return something, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. It typically takes at least one week to complete the return process. You must wait for a RMA number and shipping instructions prior to returning the product(s). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product(s).
