Ingersoll Rand Purchases SPX Flow Division Including Deltech, Hankison and PPC

Ingersoll Rand has announced their acquisition of the Air Treatment business of SPX Flow for $525 million. This gives Ingersoll Rand ownership of very popular filter brands such as Hankison, Pneumatic Products, Deltech, and others. Half of SPX Flow's revenue is from their aftermarket business which will bode well for Ingersoll Rand's return on investment.
SPX Flow recently sold other popular filter, valve, and air compressor brands such as Dollinger Filtration in 2020 to Celeros Flow Technology. The current list of major filter / compressor brands owned by Ingersoll Rand is as follows:
