The JOY 543117-26 air/oil separator replacement is engineered to match the fit and function of the original OEM separator. This aftermarket separator offers oil separation performance equal to or better than the original OEM separator specifications.
In an oil-flooded rotary compressor, the air/oil separator strips lubricating oil from the discharge air before it leaves the sump tank and sends it back to the compressor. A healthy separator keeps oil carryover low, protects downstream dryers and filters, and reduces oil top-offs. Our separators hold their shape under pressure and maintain even pressure differentials, preventing collapse.
