Donaldson OS-500 Oil/Water Separator Replacement
The FES replacement for the Donaldson OS-500 is designed to treat oil-contaminated condensate from compressed air systems. The separator removes free oil and uses adsorption media to reduce the amount of residual compressor lubricant remaining in the collected water.
The OS-500 replacement is suitable for larger condensate treatment requirements and can be used with compatible mineral-based, semi-synthetic, and synthetic compressor oils. Its serviceable configuration allows saturated treatment media to be replaced as part of routine system maintenance.
This replacement is intended for servicing an existing Donaldson OS-500 oil/water separator while maintaining the original condensate treatment arrangement.
