The COMP AIR 43-895 filter separator replacement is built to OEM form, fit and function using top-grade media. This aftermarket air/oil separator offers oil separation performance equal to or better than the original OEM separator specifications.
In an oil-flooded rotary compressor, the air/oil separator strips lubricating oil from the discharge air before it leaves the sump tank and sends it back to the compressor. A healthy separator keeps oil carryover low, protects downstream dryers and filters, and reduces oil top-offs. Reinforced construction resists collapse, even as the media loads up toward the end of its service interval.
