145-FBT0450 Oil/Water Separator Kit Replacement

The 145-FBT0450 replacement cartridge set is designed for servicing the various oil/water separators. It replaces the saturated filtration media that removes dispersed compressor lubricant from collected condensate before the treated water is discharged.

As the cartridge media becomes saturated, its ability to capture oil gradually decreases. Replacing the cartridges at the recommended service interval helps maintain separator performance and can reduce residual oil content to as low as 5 ppm under proper operating conditions.

Includes (1) prefilter and (1) carbon element for condensate treatment.

Regular cartridge replacement helps prevent saturated media from reducing separation efficiency. Service frequency will vary depending on compressor operating hours, condensate volume, lubricant type, ambient conditions, and the amount of oil entering the separator.

Always dispose of used cartridges and separated compressor oil according to applicable local regulations.
